Since I was young, the concept of Damsel in Distress fascinated me. Emma Peel, Batgirl, the Bionic Woman, Wonder Woman and a long list of other beautiful and strong women all struck a chord in me. I wanted to tell their stories. Not the sanitized, advertiser friendly tales, but gritty, sometimes painful stories that no one else was telling.

But here, I can share my stories and have found amazement and inspiration in the hearts and minds of supremely talented writers and artists.
